How do lives refill?
You get 1 life every 30 minutes, up to 5. You can get 5 more a day with rewarded ads. Life packs can take you past 5.

How does the daily challenge work?
You get one try a day, and it counts as used once you start. The day changes at your phone's local midnight. If you miss a day your streak resets; there is no streak protection.

Do I need the internet?
The questions work offline. Ads and purchases need a connection.

How do I restore my purchases?
Tap Restore purchases in Settings. You need to be signed in with the store account you bought with.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Store from the Premium strip in Settings and tap Manage subscription on the Premium card. The App Store or Google Play subscription page opens.

What's the difference between Ad-free and Premium?
Ad-free removes forced ads. Premium adds unlimited lives on top of that.

What does Reset progress delete?
The map, XP, statistics, badges, daily challenge records, question history and your Quick game record are deleted. Your language and other settings, lives and purchases are kept.

Where is my data?
Your records stay on your phone; there is no account or cloud sync. They are deleted when you delete the app. See the privacy policy for details.

I'm not getting notifications.
Make sure notifications are allowed for İlim Kervanı in your phone's settings. Then check the Notifications group in the app's Settings screen.
